Pinot Noir "Cholfirst" 2018 Bech18
Nice Pinot Noir from Zürich that is exactly what comes to mind (at least our mind) when we think of Pinot Noir. Light (but not poor!), fresh & fruity. Very nice and easy to drink (meaning you can have a lot of it during the same night).
Grape(s): Pinot Noir
Aging: Oak barrel (12 months)
Drink before: 2025
A Pinot Noir for many occasions. It suits almost everything from cheeses to light asian food. Only avoid red and game meat but that's all.
Must be served between: 15-18°C
They met at school! I mean Changins (Winemaking school) but still. A great history for great wines, with a lot to say. They are the first (and only) wine estate part of the Biodyvin & Demeter Labels. They are well known outside Switzerland (including by world class sommeliers) and they are really engaged in the promotion of very local grapes. How could you not love them ?
